Experts in Insulation
Miller Pattison have been committed to lowering homeowners energy bills by improving
the energy efficiency of their houses for over 40 years. So when we were contacted
by the Birmingham Mails Environment and Transport Correspondent, Patrice John, and
asked to share our experience of energy conservation products, we were happy to
get involved.
The article, entitled 'How to Benefit from Insulation', was published on the 17/02/2009
and featured an interview with one of our satisfied customers who, with the aid
of an energy saving grants, is now benefiting
from loft and
cavity wall insulation. Information regarding other energy saving measures,
such as Solar Thermal and Air Source Heat Pumps, was also featured.

Cardiff branch manager, made the front page of Carmarthenshire's Community News

a Carmarthenshire resident who has benefitted from the scheme and information regarding

Miller Pattison on the Box
Last October Miller Pattison were contacted by long running 'Eco' TV show 'Its Not
Easy Being Green' and asked to install loft insulation in host Dick Strawbridge's
local pub, the New Inn in Tywardreath, Cornwall.
This wasn't a regular loft insulation install. The material we used was the UK's
first carbon neutral insulation material, Knauf's CarbonZero Loft Roll, which is
made from recycled glass bottles. Over the coming months the loft insulation is
expected to make a significant impact on the pub's energy efficiency along with
the other energy conservation measures that were carried out by the 'Its Not Easy
Being Green' team.
The show aired on the 28/01/2009 and further details can been seen on the new house
farm website,

Miller Pattison already has a long standing relationship with Kirklees Council through
