Roof Insulation
The majority of our roof insulation is installed using a traditional high quality mineral fibre quilt to achieve the specific requirements of current building regulations. Where access is a problem we have the necessary machinery to enable insulation to be blown into the roof void. Increasingly we are utilising progressive, high performance products from such suppliers as Knauf, Rockwool, Kingspan and Celotex, where boards and slabs offer premium thermal performance without compromising crucial ventilation to sloping areas and general warm roof constructions. CAVITY WALL Insulation
We are fully approved by the manufacturers to install both Rockwool Energysaver and Knauf Superfil Cavity Wall Insulation. The product can be injected into the cavity via the inner leaf and offers very impressive thermal performance. The material is injected through small 26mm or 22mm holes prior to boarding and plastering. Should external drilling be required, (i.e. refurbishment of an existing property), then the holes are drilled between the corners of the bricks to a precise approved drilling pattern with the mortar replaced and colour matched on completion. Our Sealants Division is able to undertake an impressive range of applications always utilising guaranteed materials from quality approved suppliers. From traditional mastic sealant on new-build housing where frames, worktops and sanitary ware are sealed we now execute concrete repair, the application of sprayed membranes and a range of diverse disciplines within the ‘building maintenance’ umbrella.
